Centerville Home Enhancement Loan Program (C-HELP) |
|
In partnership with DayAir Credit Union, the City of Centerville is proud to announce the creation of the Centerville Home Enhancement Loan Program (C-HELP). So how does C-HELP work? The City will provide up to a 2% interest reduction on qualifying home improvement loans issued by DayAir through the program.
In addition to the City’s rate reduction efforts, DayAir has also pledged to reduce the interest rate by an additional half percent and waive most closing costs and fees for customers utilizing the program to finance their home improvement projects. The C-HELP program is designed to assist homeowners of single-family homes with an appraised valuation of $150,000 or less (as established by the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office) and who have a gross household income at or below 80% of area median income (as determined by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development).
